In this role, you will handle account openings for new and existing clients, verify documentation, and coordinate with Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams for efficient processing. You will also focus on generating new business from corporate clients by offering Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), and Term Deposits (TD), while maintaining and expanding existing relationships.
A key part of this job is to provide prompt and effective support to clients, resolve their issues, and ensure excellent service delivery. You will prepare business proposals, performance reports, and agreements to support growth targets and maintain transparency.
